When an estimate is signed and the job is sold, converting it to a job takes one click and carries over all the details automatically.
Open the signed estimate (or any approved estimate).
Click Convert to Job in the top right corner.
Review the pre-filled job details — job name, address, amount, and assigned rep are all carried over from the estimate.
Set a Scheduled Date for when the work will be performed.
Assign a crew if applicable using the Crew Members field.
Click Create Job. The lead moves to Won status automatically, and the job appears on your Jobs board.
All photos, notes, and documents from the lead and estimate are automatically attached to the job — no re-entry needed.
You can convert an estimate to a job even before it's signed — useful if the homeowner agreed verbally and you want to get it on the schedule before the paperwork catches up.
