Scaffold comes with default pipeline stages, but your business is unique. Here's how to rename, reorder, and add stages that match your actual sales process.
Go to Settings → Pipeline Stages.
You'll see the default stages: New, Contacted, Appointment Set, Estimate Sent, Follow-Up, Won, Lost.
To rename a stage, click the pencil icon next to its name, type the new name, and press Enter.
To reorder stages, drag and drop them using the handle on the left side of each row.
To add a new stage, click + Add Stage at the bottom, give it a name, and choose a color.
To remove a stage, click the trash icon. Any leads in that stage will be moved to New automatically.
Click Save Changes when done.
Leads already in a stage you rename will update automatically. Deleting a stage cannot be undone.
Common custom stages include: 'Insurance Filed', 'Adjuster Scheduled', 'Supplement Sent', 'Material Ordered'. Match your pipeline to your real workflow.
