Canvassing mode turns your phone into a door-tracking field tool — log every knock, set appointments, and see your team's coverage in real time on a live map.
From your Scaffold home screen on mobile, tap Canvassing in the bottom navigation.
Allow location access when prompted — this places you on the live map in real time.
The map shows color-coded pins for every house your team has interacted with. Tap any house to see its status.
To log a door knock, tap a house on the map (or tap + New Knock and enter the address manually).
Select the knock result: Not Home, Not Interested, Interested, Appointment Set, or Do Not Knock.
Add notes about the conversation if needed, then tap Save. The pin updates on the map instantly for your whole team.
If you set an appointment, tap Book Appointment and select a date/time — it goes straight into the lead's record and your calendar.
Use the Territory Filter to hide streets outside your assigned zone — this keeps the map clean and prevents accidental coverage overlap.
Everything logged in canvassing mode syncs to the CRM instantly. Your manager can see your progress live from the office.
