Scaffold CRM is committed to making our platform usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target standard. This is a goal we are actively working toward, not a claim of full compliance today.
We've begun a focused accessibility pass across the product, including: • Keyboard navigation support for core workflows, including modal dialogs (focus trapping, Escape to close, and focus return to the triggering element) • aria-label attributes on icon-only buttons and controls across our highest-traffic pages (Leads, Jobs, Estimates, and primary navigation) • Semantic HTML and ARIA roles for dialogs (role="dialog", aria-modal, labelled headings) and navigation landmarks • Associated labels on form inputs where practical, including filters, search fields, and dropdowns This work is ongoing. Not every screen or workflow has been audited yet, and we don't yet claim full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance.
Some areas of the product — particularly complex interactive views like the Kanban boards, canvassing map, and drag-and-drop interfaces — have not yet received a full accessibility review. We're prioritizing improvements to the pages our customers use most and will continue expanding coverage over time.
Accessibility is not a one-time project for us — it's an ongoing part of how we build. As we ship new features, we aim to build them with keyboard access and screen-reader support in mind from the start, and we periodically revisit existing screens to close gaps.
If you encounter a barrier using Scaffold — whether it's a missing label, a keyboard trap, insufficient color contrast, or anything else that makes the product hard to use with assistive technology — please tell us. Email accessibility@scaffoldcrm.com with a description of the issue, the page you were on, and the assistive technology you were using (if any). We review every report and prioritize fixes based on impact.
