Scaffold charges per active user per month — you only pay for the people actively using the platform, and you can scale up or down as your team changes.
Current plan pricing:
An 'active user' is anyone with an active account who can log in. Deactivated users are not billed.
Your monthly bill = (number of active users) × (per-user rate for your plan). New users added mid-month are prorated to the day.
If you're seasonal and your team grows in storm season, add users when you need them and deactivate when the season ends. You'll only be charged for the days they were active.
All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden charges.
