If you're coming from another CRM or have a list of leads in Excel or Google Sheets, you can import them all into Scaffold in a few minutes.
Prepare your spreadsheet. Make sure it has column headers in the first row. The required columns are: First Name, Last Name, and at least one of Phone or Email. Optional columns: Address, City, State, Zip, Lead Source, Notes, Assigned Rep.
Export your spreadsheet as a CSV file (File → Download → CSV in Google Sheets, or Save As → CSV in Excel).
In Scaffold, go to Leads → Import Leads (top right menu).
Click Upload CSV and select your file.
Scaffold will show you a column mapping screen. Match each column in your CSV to the correct Scaffold field. Drag and drop to adjust.
Select a default Lead Stage for all imported leads (typically New) and a default Assigned Rep if you want to bulk-assign.
Click Import. Scaffold will process your file and show you a summary: how many leads were imported, and any rows that had errors (with the reason).
Duplicate detection runs automatically based on phone number and email. If a lead already exists in Scaffold with the same contact info, the import will skip that row rather than create a duplicate.
For large imports (1,000+ leads), the process may take 1–2 minutes. Don't close the tab while it's running.
